Teton Flood Museum

Todd somehow opened his mouth and "volunteered" to "help????" with his 25 Year Class Reunion that was in July. Somehow that turned into him in charge, which, of course, meant I helped out. The good thing about it was our friends from San Diego came to visit. Todd graduated with Devin Birch so he and his wife, Marcie, and their son, Tyler, came for the reunion. A couple of years ago we invaded them in San Diego and had the best time. When we got home from that trip Brodie said that staying with them was like "staying in a Five Star Motel with room service 24/7", yup, that pretty much summed it up. They went out of their way to make our vacation great.

We were excited to have them come for the reunion so that we could spend time with them. One of our first trips was a trip to the Teton Flood Museum. Devin had told Marcie about the flood, since Devin, Todd, and I all experienced it years ago, but they had never actually made the visit to the museum so this time we decided it would be fun to go. I was surprised how much fun Jayce, Harleigh, and Tyler had going on the scavenger hunt through the museum. They also had a children's room with different exhibits, a play house, and dress up clothes. We also watched a movie that they had, man did that bring back SO many memories I almost could smell the "flood mud".
